Yes, all camp directors are different as are the camps. Some may be fluent in English while others may not. Some may have charisma while others may have less. Some would like you to concentrate on the activity books and others just want to see the children having fun whilst practising their English. Still, all camp directors expect appropriate behaviour, energy and results, and they will all care about you.
